What am I doing? You’re dying to know, right? I’m going on a men’s retreat with BCC. I’ve been for the most part ambivalent about it; 36 hours with 60 guys I don’t really know isn’t my idea of fun, but the time away will be greatly appreciated And who knows… I may just get to know a couple of those guys. I’ll admit I got a bit more excited when I heard that a new friend from our home church was also going.
Anyway, cheers! Be sure to pop in on Kerri tomorrow and make sure the kids haven’t taken over.
Yes, he’s finally out of the way, now I can truly take over this site and more importantly show his wife what a real man is like, one with hair… >:) Oh, and those sweet little kids of his… I’ll teach them to swear and spit and root for Michigan. He’ll rue the day he left!

Why do you assume this is an Ohio State household? Kerri would actually be quite pleased if you got the kids to root from Michigan; it’s probably her second choice behind Illinois.

Oh, I know it is not an Ohio State household. I just don’t know who UD has as a rival and so thus don’t think I root for them. Also, I don’t know who Illinois’ rival is, but since they are in the same confrence with Michigan I feel the dislike to be more than say… Texas. Also, many people will say that Michigan is the devil’s team. Before Mo Clarrett and Alex Smith and the Bengals, it was UM who was getting all the prison press.

I believe Iowa is the more fierce rival of Illinois, though I don’t care that much. I just love the Fighting Illini. I’m a lover, not a hater. Unless it’s OSU, then I’m a hater. 
I actually like Michigan; that was my Daddy’s team.
